Your Command Center — Explained
Learn how to navigate and operate inside your SilverWing™ portal.
The Client Portal is where your business runs. It brings together the Control Tower, Action Log, workflow views, system documentation, and AI-powered execution support into one clean operating interface.
What the Portal Is For
The portal is designed to give you visibility and control. It helps you see open work, review decisions, track client activity, monitor follow-up, and manage execution from one place.
It should become the first place you check when starting your day and the last place you review before closing out important work.
Main Portal Areas
- Dashboard: A high-level summary of current system activity.
- Control Tower: The primary operating view for decisions, execution, and follow-up.
- Action Log: The source of truth for meaningful system activity.
- Workflows: Process-specific work areas.
- Calendar: Scheduling, meetings, and time-sensitive visibility.
- Communications: Email, intake, and follow-up references.
- AI Agents: Pam, Dwight, and other workflow support agents.
The Control Tower
The Control Tower is the most important page in the portal. It shows what is active, what is stuck, what is aging, what needs review, and what requires a decision.
The Action Log
The Action Log is the system of record. Important emails, meetings, decisions, client updates, risks, exceptions, and workflow events should be logged here.
If it is not in the Action Log, the system cannot reliably act on it.
